Picture is showing a view of a very fine summer day in Luxembourg ... to remember the hot and sunny days!

What I did:



a) I corrected the highlights

b) to keep the correct exposure of the clouds I selected them and copied them into the new photo by reducing also the opacity to a proper value (here around 70%)

c) neated



In general I think your photo is a bit oversharpened, try to sharpen your photo(s) more gently.
