Festival for Kisa jinja in Maiska-cho Hamamatsu is not a tourist attraction, but an annual function fulfilling the neccessities for the local fishery.
It is held on the eighth full moon of the lunar year.
On this day, the summer fishing ends and winter fishing begins.
Two goddesses visit Inariyama, enshrining the god of agriculture and back to Kisa jinja in the evening.
Drums from each neighbors guard the visit.
