We are used to see a Christian church in every European town or village, but the world has changed. Today empty churches are quite often used for other purposes (in Dublin e.g. as a restaurant or a tourist office). At the same time there is a need for temples for the growing community of Muslims in Europe.
This theme intends to collect the modern mosques scattered across the Europe. Please feel free to add to the theme if you spot a suitable photo.
