Balkans, or Southeastern Europe, the southeast part of the European continent, Italian Peninsula, east, west and northwest of the geographic and cultural region of Anatolia.

Among these, the "Balkan" has promise in all languages to use. Europe's poorest region, is one of the places lagging and problematic. Difficulties of sharing in the region of the Balkans since the end of the Ottoman Empire hόkόmranlığının lasted until the present day.
