Intro: I'm a keen amateur with a love of photography (and a few other things) looking for ways to improve my techniques and move a little further up the food-chain from a snapper.

So it's good to find somewhere that I can look at other's techniques, while receiving some constructive critisism in the hope of achieving better outcomes.

Other than that, I'm from South Australia, living on a small property in the Adelaide Hills. Married, with 2 neurotic dogs. I've dabbled with cameras for almost 30 years, starting with an Olympus OM1 then OM2, via a Minolta SLR, and past a Canon A40 and Panasonic FZ10 digital, to finally go the Digital SLR route with a Nikon D70s, followed recently by the Nikon D90 DSLR. I now look forward to the next chapter in my photographic life, and hope it's truly colourful (or sepia or B&W).
