Photographer's Note
These trees are basicly the same ones you saw 2 days ago but here we are in a different day. August is a typical dry month in most part of northern area of State of Paraná, anyway the weather has suffered lots of swaps and this years we got a very big amount of rain (typical of November) in that month, something very strange, something that make us to think about global warming. Here we can see a water reservoir used by cattle,the waters are very dirty cause the flood. WE can see that araucaria trees again. I liked the contrast between the colors.

Esta é basicamente a mesma paisagem que vocês viram há dois dias, com as mesmas árvores. Desta vez a situação é bem distinta. O mês de agosto é normalmente o mês mais árido do ano na porção norte do Paraná, este ano tivemos algo muito estranho, em poucos dias choveu torrencialmente, algo que é típico do mês de novembro. Quem sabe seja mais uma prova do aquecimento global.. Aqui vemos uma represa usada para dar água ao gado com suas águas sujas depois da enxurrada. Gostei do contraste das cores.

This is the kind of atmosphere we often experience during autumn, but on your side I figure this is early spring...

Gostei da cor da água suja, bem alaranjada no meio da vegetação . Essa árvore desfolhada ficou bem interessante.Aqui só vamos ver chuvas em janeiro.

O que eu gosto mesmo aqui nesta foto é da maneira como conseguiste controlar a luminosidade entre o primeiro plano e a parte de trás aonde o nevoeiro se mostra mais intenso. Criou um ambiente de frio e inverno.
É uma imagem muito bonita.

Olá Jorge, está mesmo com aquele aspecto de ter aquela chuvinha 'molha tolos' no ar... O que se destaca aqui é a poça de água acastanhada embora seja a árvore que domina enquadrando muito bem as silhuetas que se perdem no nevoeiro lá para trás. A parte que gosto mais é mesmo a ramagem da árvore contra o céu lá em cima - com uma aproximação dava para fazer uma bela composição abstracta.

Hello Jorge,
almost a fantastic landscape, looks like a distant planet to me! Amazing combination of the bright reddish-orange colour of the water (which creates this effect of a "distant planet") and the quiet green and grey colours of the rest of the picture. This combination causes a very special mood of "unreality". Excellent composition, wonderful "3-layered" image! I like this atmospheric shot very much.

Olá Jorge,
Num primeiro momento, a miniatura fez-me lembrar uma imagem de Outono, tão comum por aqui nesta época, mas afinal a cor laranja vem da água e apesar do nevoeiro, dá para perceber quão intenso é o verde da folhagem. É uma foto muito bela, com um ar algo melancólico e apelativo à meditação. Excelente compo! É realmente muito bonita!

yes, the contrast between the colours is very nice. I also like how you have composed the photo, the tree on the rights is a nice natural frame for the scene, and the shape of the rust-coloured water seems to lead the eye into the photo. nice :)
