The rigid climate of the mountain bring the spring well later behind schedule on the Castelluccio's plateau (m. 1300 s.l.m.), but unexpected, towards the half of June the nature blooms and the visitor remains charmed by the colors and fragrances.
It's "la Fiorita", the flowers bloom anywhere, changing the "Pian Grande" into the picture of a painter who plays with its palette.
The arrival of the spring marks also the return of the herds and the flocks, and is quickly festivity, but the celebrations don't have a precise date, all are dictated from year to year from Mother Nature.

Il clima rigido della montagna fΰ approdare la primavera molto in ritardo nell'altopiano di Castelluccio (m. 1300 s.l.m.), ma all' improvviso, verso la metΰ di giugno la natura fiorisce e il visitatore rimane ammaliato dall'insieme di colori ed odori.
E' la Fiorita, i fiori sbocciano ovunque, tramutando il Pian Grande nel quadro di un pittore che gioca con la sua tavolozza.
L'arrivo della primavera segna anche il ritorno delle mandrie e dei greggi, ed θ subito festa,ma i festaggiamenti non hanno una data precisa, tutto θ dettato di anno in anno da Madre Natura.
