Welcome to TE!
I like your composition in this photo using the street to lead the eye into the photo. You have created nice contrast with the use of sun and shade. I think that the use of a polarizing filter would have taken away most of the glare from the stones and make the colors more vibrant. The architecture is great here and you have presented it well.
Always include a note with you photos, most people on TE will not critique a photo if it does not have a note!
