Photographer's Note
I close the series of photos about scaling of the Corno Grande with this photo of my father who, 82 years old, has not hesitated to face - and to win - another adventure of its life because, as he has confessed to us, in top to the Gran Sasso not never had been.
Appennino Centers them, massive of the Gran Sasso of Italy, top of the Corno Grande, the higher summit of the Appennines, altitude 2912 meters.

Thank you Thank you - a wonderful photo of an apparently wonderful man. Makes me want to get out my own sticks again and venture back out into a world that has been calling me but one I've been ignoring.
