Splendid observation and 4 eyes meeting at the window.. I would sharp a little bit more .. but apart of this, that bird's portrait seems almost perfect..

What a beautiful serene shot of a very special fellow.
The composition is superb.. The way the runners of the window lead to the staring eyes is just perfect.
Very well done - I like your shot a lot :) There is not much more you could do to make this any better. The only thing I would do is add a frame.

Just a wonderful photograph. I would love to discuss the color, sharpness or focus but it would just take away from the fact that it's just a timesless picture.
