Photographer's Note
usual POV from this place.. up on the fortress of St. Ivan, overlooking this pretty church, the bay itself, and Kotor old town in the bottom left. Weather was so unpredictable on that day, so this might not be a shot with depth but I find it more interesting than with a plain blue skies only :)

The old Mediterranean port of Kotor, surrounded by an impressive city wall built by Serbian royal House of Nemanjić, is very well preserved and protected by UNESCO. Between 1420 and 1797, Kotor and its surroundings were under the rule of the Republic of Venice and the Venetian influence remains among the architectural influences. The Gulf of Kotor (Boka Kotorska), one of the most indented parts of the Adriatic Sea is sometimes called the southern-most fjord in Europe, although it is actually a submerged river canyon). With the nearly overhanging limestone cliffs of Orjen and Lovćen one of the great Mediterranean landscapes is created.
In recent years, Kotor has seen a steady increase in tourists attracted by both the natural beauty of the Gulf of Kotor and the old town of Kotor itself.

Nice shot of this beautiful place. Both landscape and architechture are amazing. The atmosphere captured is intersing. The town looks so calm and peaceful and hten there's thoose evil and threatening clouds approaching.

Good shot here, Marko, with excellent detail and lighting on the buildings. I like the inclusion of the rock wall in the foreground. The white in the sky I find a little too bright, over-exposed, but the effect with that dark cloud is certainly dramatic. Strong sense of perspective and depth in this composition.

Da da, obozavam Boku...idem do Montenegra sad za Uskrs i jedva cekam. Ne vredi vise ici leti zbog guzve.
Ovo si bas divno uhvatio, izmaglica u pozadini je fantasticna!
Znam da volis crkve, pa evo ti jedan pokloncic od mene iz prijateljske nam Grcke u workshopu :)

Pridruujem se komplimentima mnogih. Skoro je idealna (crkva je tik uz desnu ivicu, relativno prazan donji desni ugao u poređenju sa bogatstvom informacija preostalog dela i jo da je pala negde malo sunčeva svetlost kao prkos tmurnim oblacima. Svejdeno, bravo.
