Symetrical composition is really good here, because the building itself is symetrical.
Good colors.
I have tried to sharpen the photo a bit, to make small building details more visible.

Beautiful symetric night shot here, the white balance is perfect and the picture very sharp. Maybe it's just an illusion, but the photograph seems to need a little rotation on the left.
