Spring Lagoon&House Path, a photo from Acores, Islands

Photographer's Note

Dear TE Friends, we are in Spring time and to celebrate the event I post another picture of the EMPADAS Lagoons in S.Miguel Island situated in Azores Portuguese archipel that you have more information in my Travelogue Info of this page. First of all I will make a Link to Cristina well known by SNUGGLEAPHAGUS that lived in this beautiful Island and that make me a great advice of these lagoons when she take notice of my past voyage at May of 2005. This is a group of not so well known but beautiful lagoons near Seven Cities and with not so good road contitions and ways of travel.

This is "Empadadas lagoons" that are two lagoons that are like "Gemini". Independent, near one of the other, similar but both nature friendly. This one is the first of the lagoons and in a previous post I posted the second one that you can see here_1: Link also you can see just near of this place but in a high point of view other view of the surroundings of this place here_2: Link

I will provide a second picture as a WS that you must see also and also another WS with the Google Map View of this place with a ICON Black Camera near Seven Cities.

ADITIONAL INFO: ISO=64 and Focal Lenght=57mm. Only cropped "Two Milimiters" at the lower base.

These particular Atlantic Islands have harmonious mountains, sea scenery, walles and dolphins, cows, black and green Tea, pinneaple and also wonderfull volcanic sceneries, nature and lagoons, that have many people linked to United States, Canada, North Europe, Brazil and also naturally to Continental Portugal.

This is a beautiful composition with great framing. I like the way you have placed the flowers and shrubs to the left side of the composition leading into the distance. The pathway is a good feature and the trees in the distance add good balance to the picture too. Well done.

Que bela imagem tγo apropriada a estaηγo que acabamos de entrar. Ι de facto um prazer ver tudo a ficar florido em todo o lado - um fenσmeno fascinante da Natureza. Esta composiηγo estα muito agradαvel com a margem da lagoa a fazer a diagonal da imagem e o conjunto de αrvores a ocupar o fundo. Gosto de ver a casa branca que contribui para o tνtulo, fazendo-me sonhar com a hipσtese de viver num sitνo de sonho como este. Bonjour Fernando,
Les couleurs sont superbes, surtout celles des petites fleurs qui donnent des allures de printemps et d'ιtι.
Les verts intenses colent avec ces roses, on en ferait des friandises.
Un cadrage parfait, avec ce petit lac pittoresque. Une nettetι ΰ tous les plans malgrι l'ouverture pourtant assez grande qui rιduit la DOF.

Mais quelle fraicheur !!!!
