Photographer's Note

On the Vietnam Veteran Memorial Day many veterans, handicapped veterans as well as families of the falen US soldiers visited the Washington D.C. Memorial. It was an extremely strong experience, when a blind veteran did search by his fingers for the name of his fallen friend, when a dad with kids did show them the name of their fallen granfather, when handicapped veterans presented agent orange as the cause for their injuries. I have never seen such a sympathy with those who have fallen for their country, and that all so many years after. It was for me a extraordinary deep and very strong experience I will never forget.
