Normally I would think you used to much color for the sky. But not in this situation. Well done.

Hey Ryan,
Welcome to TrekEarth!
Great sunset shot! Including the sail boat has really made this shot "WOW". I used to use Cokin filters back when I was first starting out in photography, but haven't since. Lately I've had a renewed interest, and plan on picking some up soon.
Nice work, I look forward to seeing more of your photos.

Very good picture! Good attempt of using filters. You captured the right moment here with the sun just behind the sail. I'm impressed!
