Photographer's Note
That morning was the happiest day of my life as a “photographer”. It was 6 a.m., it was a quiet morning, I was alone in there enjoying these beautiful sights, the sun was rising, the mist was rising quickly discovering the castle and I had to prepare my gear to take the pictures. At one time I could see the golden refelction of the tower and I wanted to catch it as well. I was so excited, and so happy to be there. I took 10-15 photos with different settings and this one I think is the best. I did not really like the way it was scanned - but this is the best I could do it.

Great photo! I like the the composition of the castle-mist-castle... The touch of pailness and bluriness (probably the scanner) only adds to the mistique atmosphere.
Well captured!

Great shot, I love the mist and golden lighting on the castle. I think you could add contrast and make gold effect even better.
Well done!

This is a beautifull picture. I can understand your exitment. I had a simular experience when traveling by train one morning. That must have been one of the most beautifull mornings i have ever seen. Unfotenatly my camera was unavaiable. I'm glad you got to take your photos.

Joli travail ; il faut se rιveiller de bonne heure pour obtenir une pareille image tτt le matin.
Le cadrage est excellent, mais je remarque que l'image est un peu trop compressιe en format JPEG. Votre image originale doξt κtre plus jolie.
Pretty work; it is necessary to awake early to obtain a similar image early the morning. Framing is excellent, but I notice that the image is compressed a little too much in format JPEG. Your original picture is surely prettier.

Well considering, the fog has a beautiful effect on the photograph, just in the center, good framing and good environment

This photograph is brilliant! That was worth the blow to pick you up early to see this scene. This fog which camouflages the horizon to leave only the castle and its relfet in the lake gets an incredible romanticism with this photograph. Beautiful photograph! Ironically, we cannot comment on this photograph by the famous word of Chambord!

There's always something about castles with a lake or pond and the mist !
You've done it. You're there at the right time and place. Well done.

J'aime beaucoup cette composition de chβteau qui semble sortir de la terre avec tout le mystθre que cela procure. Le reflet est superbe. Fιlicitations.
Ce chβteau fait partie de mon itinιraire au printemps 2004: j'ai hβte.

Wonderful picture! I noticed it a long time ago and it remained in my mind. I had to come back and leave my impression of it. You made the place look as if straight out of a fairy tale. The mist and the reflection of the castle make this photo amazing. Great capture at a great time of the day. Thank you for sharing your personal thoughts on it as well.
Foarte frumos executat. Felicitari!

the fog above the water makes teh picture surreal, but still have that reflection in the water.
remaind me of one of my first travels to France when i visited the castles of Loire!
