Photographer's Note

The Fountain Villa is a building of Torα, in the region of Segarra (Lleida). It is a protected monument and inventoried in the Catalan Architectural Heritage.

It is chaired by Font de la Vila (1608) a rectangular building, which hides the tank and roof slabs twofold. The front is protected by a porch with a big arch. The right wall is a sink attached subdivided into three compartments used for washing vegetables. It also notes a brick tower, built later, in order to aerate the water input. On the left are attached four basins that served as watering animals. The rear is occupied by a large pond with sloping slabs for washing clothes.

The faceplate can see the legend "12 October 1907 the water arrived here," referring to the level it reached the river water Llanera after some heavy showers
