We discovered that the Jerusalem Y also serves as a hotel. The YMCA Three Arches Hotel was designed by the world famous architect of the Empire State Building. According to its website, the hotel offers a blend of old world charm, friendly hospitality, art works and architectural wonders, together with modern, comfortable accommodations to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay in this remarkable city.
Again, the website states that the elegant Archibald C. Harte Restaurant serves culinary delights to their guests, with its garden terrace a delightful oasis in the midst of the city on sunny days and mild evenings. But alas, it serves daily from noon to 22:00 and since we had to be back at our hotel at 11:30, lunch at the Y was not to be.

Biz Yeriselam Y’ın aynı zamanda bir otel olarak hizmet verdiğini keşfettik. YMCA Üç Kemer Otel Empire State binasının dünyaca ünlü mimarı tarafından dizayn edilmiştir. Kendi web sitesine göre, otel bu olağanüstü şehirde bir keyifli ve unutulmaz bir konaklama sağlamak için modern, konforlu konaklama ile birlikte, eski dünya cazibesi, samimi misafirperverlik, sanat eserleri ve mimari harikasının bir karışımını sunuyor.
Yine, web sitesi zarif Archibald C. Harte Restoran’ın misafirlerine güneşli günler ve ılımlı akşamlarda, şehrin ortasında bir vaha gibi bahçe terası ile, keyifli lezzetleri hizmet ettiğini belirtiyor. Ama ne yazık ki, günlük öğle saatinden itibaren 22:00’ye kadar hizmet veriyor ve bizim 11:30’da kendi otelimizde geri olmak zorunda olmamızdan, Y’da öğle yemeği nasip değildi.

Lunch may not have worked its way into the plans, but you at least came away with some "fulfilling" pictures. :) A great look at the interior, you've gone from tall arches in your previous post to the wide ones
we see here, quite a difference in form, but just as attractive. And I'm impressed at how well exposed this is, especially considering the lighting conditions. Warm tones with that burst of blue contrast, this looks very nice indeed! Have a great day. Take care.

This is such a beautiful interior, and it looks like a great place to stay. I like the vaulted ceiling, the candelabra on the left side, and the lovely window. You handled the difficult lighting very well, too. It's nice that you were able to capture some people at the front desk.

It isn't the kind of architecture that one associates immediately with the Empire State, as it looks reminiscent of a medieval castle, but it is certainly very charming, specially with the grgeous play of lights you captured here.

Arch within arch, within arch... Where the architect has imbued his architectural creation with such symmetry, it makes sense to take advantage of, indeed to accentuate it. The stained glass, reflected on the shiny floor creates an excellent effect.
