Photographer's Note
Peso da Rιgua, is a city in north of Portugal, located in the region of Tras-os-Montes, near the River Douro, known as the capital of the demarcated region which produces the famous Port wine.
It was here that left the typical Rabelo boats, wood, coming down the Douro River to transport wine barrels to Vila Nova de Gaia, where the wine aged in the cellars.
The natural landscapes of the region are therefore beautiful and special, with the Alto Douro UNESCO World Heritage Site.
