Welcome to TE
Your photo is striking and an interesting composition. I like the way the canal narrows and is bordered by those tall buildings, which seem out of place in this setting.
However, the HDR work you have done, and the sharpening and possible increasing of contrast has produced a lot of noise - especially in the sky, and given the photo an unusual but unnatural look. As a moderator, I can say that it is close to being TOO processed for this site.
