Honestly speaking, I must confess a guilt. I browsed through your gallery all the way to your 1st TE post, and it is very interesting to see the changes in your photography from that 1st photo. It is like walking through an art gallery and spending time to get to know the photographer.
I like this one for a few reasons
.the men in uniform
.the little red in the cap and the badge
.the girl in red with black hair! and her fine walking pose
.the bright light to stand out the red dress
Very sharp and good bokeh effect. A fine capture.
I am not sure why Amenia is placed under Asia, although most internet maps classify it under Europe.

Je suis sure qu'elle a aussi un Canon caché au fond de son sac. Tu aurais aussi pu intituler cette photo Le Rouge et le Noir tellement cette femme semble avoir tout coordonné dans sa tenue. Les deux policiers en arrière plan nous rappellent cependant que nous ne sommes pas sur la Croisette...

Du street shooting réglé au quart de tour, avec une juxtaposition quasi idéale de ton sujet principal et des deux officiers déambulant derrière; timing parfait! Vraiment génial...
De plus, tu bénéficiais d'un background pas trop chargé, alors tout le monde ressort bien, sans compter cette lumière merveilleusement placée et qui allume toute ta scène.
Elle a un look Pulp Fiction cette arménienne...

Fantastic photograph, I am very pleased indeed, simply because you have captured the moment exquisitely. I was in Armenia this August and I saw many such scenes where a beautiful young woman is being escorted with a gaze of the passing men (such as the cop behind her) Bravo.
