Olα Ertugrul,

So, the master of the blues, browns and the colours of the boast of the Suriname river now posts something in B&W?! Well, it's clear that you don't need colour to produce the usual dramatic impact of your photos. As usual, great sense of perspective and very clever use and adjustment of the light, making the clouds on the sky stand out.

I just hope that the work isn't too boring and it is rewarding. I use to think that it better to have too much work than too less, but sometimes I wonder how it would be having a few months with really little to do (obliged, I mean).

long time since seeing your pictures!
This is a truly fantastic W&B, dramatic and atmospheric. The old wreck and the pillars create an ideal setting for this very interesting sky. So intense and sharp.
A real beauty to see.

Buna ηok benzer bir karenizi uzun sόre bilgisayarımda masaόstό olarak kullandım. Baktıkηa insanı sakinleştiren bir havası vardı doğal renkleriyle.
Yanılmıyorsam sizden ilk defa siyah&beyaz bir kare gφrόyorum, ilginη gelmekle birlikte ηok da hoşuma gitti. Bu terk edilmiş gφrόntό s&b'la birlikte hepten romantikleşmiş, duygusallaşmış.
Yazın keyfini ηıkarın eğer mόmkόnse, bizler burada maalesef sadece kavruluyoruz...

the BW tone choice fits well here! there is that amazing "relation" betwwen the clouds and the muddy beach! excellent presentation!

The B&W is a good change and works perfectly for this image. It looks like a cyclone has been there, maybe because of the wooden pieces in FG, the leaning boat and the dramatic sky. A good sense of depth too!
