Photographer's Note
The last day of 2005 was for me and my friends, a VERY long day, a 25 km hike over hills, under towering ridges, beside lakes, and as seen here, across streams. This was our second day in the famous Torres del Paine National Park, as part of the "W circuit".
I would like to dedicate this picture to Claire Vezina's "Autumnal pleasures" , a picture that inspired me in my trip to test my panning abilities...Without your picture, Claire, this picture would have not been captured...

Hi Chen,
Really fantastic result. The colors and contast are quit soft almost like a waterpainting. I like the composition with the subject on the center. And of course the moving sensation you got with the panning. Fantastic! It goes to my favorites.

I'm speechless! A big thank you for you dedicating this picture to me. I'm really touched! You maybe know that I take a little break from TE right now. In fact, I keep looking at pictures for inspiration and admiration, but I don't write critique as I need some time to work my own pictures and learn a bit more about PP. But I cannot pass my way without saying something on this picture!! I really love the feeling of motion that you achieved here. Well, I can assure you, you have panning abilities! Hi Chen.
I appreciate the way colours out there have that "water-color" look, especially the blue sea. Maybe too centered for my taste, you should have left a bit of room to the right, but I know how difficult panning is, so maybe I ask too much.

Hola,
great shot,...well,...all your galery is great. i have tried this one because is original and really well done. The dynamisme is well done, and colours and lights gives a very good contrast and composition to the picture.
