Photographer's Note
Hi,
An another shot from volcano Parinacota and his reflection.
A shot taken on Lauca National Park. Declared Biological Reserve World by UNESCO, the Lauca park is most accessible from Altiplano. Here one can discover the lake Chungarα, one of the highest lakes in the world, and of the marshes which constitute the habitat of a single community of savage animals, including American camel like llama, alpaga, vicuna with more than one hundred species of birds.
On this picture, They are the twin volcanos (Parinacota 6330 meters and Pomerape 6232 meters). According to the legend, these volcanos would hide the treasure of the incas.
Hope you like it
Seb

Another wonderful photo of Parinacota. The panoramic format works very well here and the colours are fantastic. It seems that you had a wonderful weather that day. I wish I could see this beautiful panoramic photo larger.

Sebastien,
Nice composition showing these two volcanoes and the landscape in the foreground. The ground appears very rocky, these volcanoes must have extruded magma at one time to travel this far away from their peaks.

Salut Sebastien! I hope you are fine! What a stunning view you have managed! The Chilean and Bolivian Andes really seem to be the most beautiful place on earth, perhaps, I will need to go there to see for myself:) The reflection is spot on as is the light. I think there's room for darkening the picture a little to intensify the blue, but that's a matter of taste.
Great work and my best wishes to you,
Chris

Lovely photo of a lovely place. I have been there too - on a day trip up from the coastal city of Arica (0 - 4600 m, not for those with problems with altitude) with the remarkable change from desert to greenery at around 3,000 m and from a Spanish speaking to an Aymara culture too.
