Photographer's Note
You arrive at the Salar de Uyuni trough a road that simply disapear between the salt and the sky. At this point, the Salar was covered with almost a feet of water. In front at the horizon are the top of mountains, sometimes covered with snow, perfectly symetrical as the are reflected in water. Only the top part is visible due to the earth's curve.

On arrive au Salar de Uyuni par une route de terre qui disparaξt complθtement, coincιe entre le sel et le ciel. ΐ cet endroit, le dιsert de sel ιtait couvert d'environ 30 cm d'eau. ΐ l'horizon, on aperηoit seulement le sommet des montagnes - certaines sont couvertes de neige - symιtriquement rιflιchies par l'eau. La courbe de la terre nous cache la base des montagnes.
PS : accentuation de la couleur bleue

Magical image. I think this is a great picture (TE kind). I feel exactly like the picture like you describe it. (Another title could have been "highway to heaven").

Anotehr really interesting shot of this place. The color of the ground and the thin layer of water along with the invisible horizon merging the ground and sky really give this an alien look. Seems like time before anything and this is the first piece of land to rise above the shallow waters. It reminds us of how vast the world is and how many amazing places there are out there that may not even seem like this world.

Superbe photo. Vous avez trouvι la route du paradis. Le contraste des couleurs eau, ciel et route est excelent. Le fondu entre le ciel et l'eau, qui se noie dans une couleur unique qui empκche de dιfinir la limite.

Trθs impressionnant !! La courbe de la route nous entraξne au loin vers... rien. Mκme plus de distinction entre l'eau et le ciel, pas d'horizon.. Dιroutant (si je puis dire ;-) et en mκme temps hypnotique. Bravo !

Votre titre est juste car ηa ressemble bien ΰ un chemin qui mθne au ciel. Les couleurs de la terre se marie trθs bien avec ce bleu merveilleux de la voϋte cιleste mais attention, en accentuant le bleu vous avez fait apparaξtre les pixels. De plus, il y a distorsion dans le ciel aux coins droit et gauche que vous pourriez faire disparaξtre en coupant l'image d'un tiers dans le haut. ΐ part de cela, j'aime beaucoup votre image.

La transition parfaite des couleurs entre l'eau et le ciel donne vraiment l'impression d'atteindre les cieux et la disparition progressive de la route rend l'effet encore plus magique! Incroyable vue...
