This photo was taken in Puerto Madero. A lot of construction is going on around this area. Brand new buildings, offices, condos, etc.
If you have the chance to visit Buenos Aires, you have to visit Puerto Madero.

These two cranes are beautiful.
But this kind of photographs does not have success with TE.
