Hey Kevin.
Something quite interesting catches my eye in this shot...the effect of the tree branches. All the little off shoots seem to be rising up...it actually gives the effect of movement...weird. Great colors and nice placement of the silhouettes in the shot. You might want to crop a little of the darkness from the bottom...just to slim it out. I don't know if you were handholding, but during darker shots...especially landscapes/citiscapes, you want to use around f/8 or f/11 with a tripod...although you might have been able to still handhold seeing as how your shutter speed was 1/200. This way you get even toning throughout the shot and good sharpness (added DOF). You can see a little blurring around the tree, a smaller aperture and longer shutter would have taken care of this. Just a suggestion, but this is actually a rule that makes sense to follow.
Very good shot,
later.
Chris
