Photographer's Note
OK, so it's not really Christmas yet, but as I noted in one of my previous photos, the streets and stores are already wearing their Christmas best, and on that day, nature and a random carriage decided to join.
With the red carriage (the famous Central Park carriages), the tree behind and and the full snow coverage, I couldn't help but thinknig of a white Christmas...

Beautiful colors and shadows on the snow.
I am not sure about the tree on the right... I would crop it...

Boy do they ever pamper the carriage guests in New York with all that protective enclosure! :-) Up here in Quebec City where it is *much* colder,the horse drawn sleighs are always open to the elements with large blankets being offered for warmth.Very nice composition nevertheless Liora.

nice composition! I like the red of the carriage against the whites and blues of the snow and the forest behind it.
The top of the image seems to be tilted to the left? The light post is not vertical, nor are most of the trees. Perhaps the post has been hit and is leaning?
The image seems slightly out of focus.
I wish this day had been slightly colder, because there's something I love about seeing the steam out of horses as they work to pull the carriage.
Well spotted, and nicely done. A nice note too!

Beautiful winter scene. Unusally scene with an old coach makes a good composition. The red colour of the coach its really attractive and makes a good accordance with its sorroundings. Nice shot.
