This picture was taken on SR-87 in the Black Hills of South Dakota. This section is known as the Needles Highway. It is just a short drive to the beautiful Mount Rushmore.

Hi, Paul,
Nice shot, excellent sharpness and contrast. Good composition too, although some would say you should avoid putting the object of interest smack in the middle of the frame. I like the way the colors on the rock have come out, including the yellows. Nice job, good upload!
