Photographer's Note
At Two Medicine in Glacier National Park, Running Eagle Falls has a double waterfall with the upper part running over the lower. For obvious reasons, it used to be called "Trick Falls". After heavy rain or snow melt, the lower falls can difficult to distinguish. Summer provides the best time for viewing. Occasionally, in the late summer or autumn, the upper fall will run dry.

I love Glacier NP! I would love to be able to spend sufficient time to photograph all the waterfalls and lakes under great conditions. I have been lucky at times, but have many kinda like this one where the sky is overcast, making it hard to capture all the color. I still like this one a great deal, perhaps because I like it there so much. Overall, I think the subject, the composition, and detail is good.. just not the best light.
