Photographer's Note
One of the best time to visit the U.S. Capitol Mall is springtime when all the flowers are in bloom. This photo was taken at the east garden, right in front of the east facade of the National Art gallery, East Wing. Those blue-gray tinted glass skylights light up the underground level. The building was designed by Pei Cobb Freed, Architects. The east wing was completed in 1978.
No special post processing done to this photo, just the usual tweaking of levels, saturation and sharpness.
