A couple of days ago, I caught these birds flying around the Brooklyn bridge. As luck would have it, my only shot shows most of the birds framed by the bridge's intersecting steel cables.

What a lucky shot!!! Even without the birds, the cables against the clouds is an interesting composition by itself. The birds make it more dynamic.

Great shot, Michael. Looking at the thumbnail I thought this was a reflection in a skyscraper, but I'm really impressed it's actually Brooklyn Bridge. You've made the maximum out of this; it is fascinating to explore the pattern of parallelograms, birds and clouds. Wonderful!

Very dramatic. The clouds and cables are an interesting composition, but the birds really make it. The dark clouds coming from the right seem a little bit menacing, and the BW adds a moody tone. Really cool shot.
