First of all welcome on TE!
I don't understand what's in FG(foreground), but anyway its adds depth to the image which have a graphical impact provided by the buildings. Light is nice too!

REaly like your composition idea. Using the metalstructuur at the fg creates an intersting effect. The exposure and DOF is also very good. I have the feeling that the image is a bit tilt to the left. A correction of it would improve it.
