Photographer's Note
Being a city of almost two millions of people situated at the two big European rivers, Sava and Danube, Belgrade and its everyday life very much depends on the bridges. All our bridges are old, even though there is the word 'New' in the name of one of the bridges in this photo. They have served well and long, and even some of them would from time to tame be a bit shaky, they can't count on a soon retirement. We will fix them, and they will stay to live with us. This photo was taken from a small boat on the Sava river, with two of the bridges over that river being behind my back, and three of them just in front of me.

Hello Mira, Wonderful bridges scene with the fluffy clouds providing a beautiful background. It appears I am looking at a railroad bridge, a vehicular bridge and the third, probably also for vehicles. Sharp and clear and on level to the horizon, the latter is a failing by many posters, in that the subjects are somewhat tilted. Good job here. Also some minor boat traffic adds to the ambiance of the picture. Have a good week. Regards, Roger

Dobar dan, kod nas jutro hladno sa suncem.
Dobar tekst, najlepsi beo grad na dve reke, leti je lepo na nasim rekama, lepe boje i fotografija, cestitam.
Mnogo sam lepih trenutaka proveo na Savi u Beogradu.

Strong composition here, Mira. You waited for the right moment to press the shutter. I like the distant silhouette appearing through the lattice, and the tops of the cars with light coming through their windows. The clouds fit well with the uprights, and the blue tones of the sky are in harmony with those from the water.

Ideja je moguća dok su samo tri mosta zaredom. A kada bude i četvrti u blizini, zovi u pomoć, Miro. Trenutak sa brodićima na povrini daje neophodnu dinamiku tvom snimku. A Sava je kao more. Barem ti tako kae. Puno pozdrava Miro!
