A beautiful landscape with the gently rolling green hills in the foreground leading up to the rocky peaks, which stand out well and clearly in the soft sunlight and against the pale blue sky.

Hello Pedro,
Indeed, Mexico is a very large country with many different climates and landscapes.
That was also my conclusion after my one-time trip through the country long ago.
However, many people in Belgium will think that Mexico mainly consists of deserts. Especially those who have no interest in travelling. I think this is the influence of American movies that are set in the west of their country and that sometimes have a reference to the other side of the border or a scene that takes place there.
Others who know more about monuments then know the temples of Yucatan.
I thought it was an incredibly versatile country and it wasn't everywhere that very warm as some in my country think it is.
In this photo the foreground is filled by a plain while mountains further away rise suddenly very high.
