Photographer's Note
This is part of the coulee walls of a river valley in Lethbridge, in the heart of Southwest Alberta, Canada. The present valley has the Old Man River running through it, may be seen above on the right with the High Level Bridge crossing over it. This part is now called the Indian Battle Park, a beautiful nature preserve. The High Level Bridge is the highest and longest on this type of bridge. It is 1.6 kilometres from end to end and has functioned successfully for almost 100 years.

Excellent composition. Giving less space to the sky and the bridge was a good idea. The golden color contrasting with the purple is superb. I can feel the wind in my room. Regards,

You will be just leaving the Philippines when I will be arriving :) I really like this picture, wonderful colors and the purple flower in the foreground really adds to it. I have crossed that bridge but had no idea it was that old. Very good pov. TFS

Ahh...this is a beautiful picture. I like the foreground a a lot. It shows dramatic autumn feeling with the yellow and the little purpple there. Very nice seen. Sothy

A beautiful late summer atmosphere and an interesting frame where the forground becomes the image!
The straws and the wild flowers catch my attention right away, and it stays there after a quick look at the bridge...
