Photographer's Note

In the beginning, there is a drop coming out of the spout.
The first drop of maple water, soon followed by more and more.Collected manually and transported to the boiler.About 25 t0 30 gallons of maple water are necessary to get 1 gallon of maple syrup. It is necesssary to boil the maple water in successive sections where it will get more and more concentrated until in the last section a temperature of 219oC is achieved, now the syrup is collected and canned.
Enjoy the unique taste.
The sugar maple trees are found in southern Quebec(85% of the world production),New-Brunswich and southeast Ontario,as well as the northern part of New-York,Maine and vermont states.
