This historic church (1845) and the lighthouse (1886) is located on the shores of Manitoulin Island, 545 km North of Toronto. Manitoulin Island, a lake island in Lake Huron, is the largest fress water lake island in the world. St. Paul's Anglican Church is the oldest Anglican Church in Northern Ontario.

What a beautiful white church , perfectly framed with the little lighthouse on the left ! The quality is splendid ; and I like especially the cloudy sky , the best for this kind of picture .

Hello Barnabas,
Thank you for the visit on my photo.
Here, we see two kinds of building we rarely see together. I like the construction of the image with a good angle of view on this simple but charming church and ghe small lighthouse. The light gives natural colors and very good sharpness. The cloudy sky is nice to see.
