Hi Gerald,

Simply beautiful! As you rightly said, sometimes things just happen to yeild result that is beyond one's expectation! But one has to carry a pair of artistic eyes like you to capture this natural incidents. The river coming from the distant mountain diagonally, the foreground rocks and bushes, the reflection on the calm water - everything is just perfect here.

Hi Gerald,
Waht a beautiful natural setting for a little canoe trip. Wow. Stunning landscape, you have find such a wonderful composition. The curves of the river snaking through wonderful glassland into the majestic mountain in the back. My only minor critique is that the saturation seem uneven the top half looks fine, but the bottom half looks burn. Expecically on the red tone on the rock. The faces of the people are as red as the jackets they wore, looks a little bit hot. Other than that. It's beautiful.

A lovely composition of this beautiful mountain scenery. The kayak brings a human touch with the red life jackets adding a nice splash of alternate colour. Very good colours and clarity.

It's a beauty Gerald and you couldn't have been more lucky. Even the colour of their clothing is striking. You clicked at the perfect time as they came round the bend in the river. Great reflections & colours and superb tech quality.

Hi!!

what a lovely place! If I think about Canada I imagine it just this waqy, mountain, sport, nature. I enjoyed visiting Vancouver ten days some years ago but I missed going into the wild nature.

Great one! Love the composition and the subject here. You were lucky to catch such a scene. Only two things I would change to make it better: there's a slight tilt to the left, and the skin of the people seem a bit orange/red. But otherwise, it's such a great shot. Thanks for sharing.

Looks like this beauty fell right into your lap and you did not waste it getting a stunning reflection of the canoeist along with the lovely blue sky and clouds in this placid mountain river.
The snow capped mountain backdrop makes for a barbershop calendar shot.

Hi Gerald,

The mirror effect on the water is an asset to the composition. The vegetation is framing well the canal. The point of view leads our eyes toward the Rocky mountains which is giving depth to the composition. The quality of the light is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.
