Photographer's Note
Its amazing how quick summer went by. In the blink of an eye it went from scorching heat to this scene. Went for a walk around the river to find the trees already starting to change into fall colours. Now I heard about some rule where the horizon line shouldnt be in the middle but for the sake of the mirror effect I did it anyway. Starting to figure out the manual settings on the camera a little more. Happy with this shot.

what a beautiful scene, you just took this photo a few days ago and the colors look deep into fall already! i think the reflection looks incredible, the water looks perfectly still, you can see the clouds as well as trees. i think you did a really good job composing this shot and the colors look very rich. i'd be curious to see if you have any different angles? i really like it thanks for sharing

The reflection on the water is impressive. You're doing a great job with the diagonals, you are bringing the viewer to move through your picture...

A very smooth and lovely image, it gives a serene feeling, even nostalgic as we must say good-bye to the summer... Nice work Cory!
I would have cropped the right side though, just to keep only the bushes a little more out off center.
