Photographer's Note
Something different today. Taken on 5A, the old road from Merrit to Kamloops, showing some of the grasslands of the southern interior. This is just on the outside edge of the famous Douglas Lake Ranch, the largest privately owned holding in B.C.

Hello Steve,
There's beauty in your own country too, maybe just less colours than in India. I like the opposite diagonal lines made up by the fence and the thin cloud going from the upper right corner. The tuft of pale flowers make a nice foreground. It's a fine view generally, looking like somewhere in central Asia or Mongolia.
Regards,
Gert

Hi Steve
When not in India or Nepal you still have a lot to deal with in BC or Alberta for instance
I like this one with soft light, colors not overdone and this compo with the fence in the diagonal
reminds me of the sky in Montana. Huge and gorgeous
Bravo Steve

Hi Steve,
Nice shot with excellent colors and the strong visual impact diagonal lines of the old fence. I love that country - travelled the south backroads to the Douglas Lake Ranch a week ago - amazingly wide open ranchland country. TFS. Gerald

Hello Steve,
This is a beautiful landscape shot. I love the composition with the flowers in the FG, the fence running diagonally and the wonderful rounded hills. Nice autumn colours, too, and a great big sky! Cheers, Dasha

Hello Steve,
a simple, but very effective composition wth the fence leading our view into the photo. What I like best is the sky, the clouds are just wonderful and the colours are contrasting very well with the hills ang grass in the foreground.
Well seen,
I like it a lot,
Katrin.

Hello my dear Steve
What an another impressive shot! Perfect calculated framework and composition, sharp focusing in detail and vivid color contrast (very much beautiful) are marvelous and splendid as usual! Deep blue sky is quite attractive to me.
Congratulation on your masterpiece!

Hello Steve,
This dry part of Western Canada well captured in delicate colour tones and a good composition centering around the fence.

Hi Steve,
a wonderful capture. I΄ve been there, too. I like this kind of prairie - arid and maybe empty, but on the other hand a very lovely countryside. Good POV, good sharpness, colours and composition.
Best wishes, Bjφrn
