Photographer's Note
The decoration and the lighting of Quebec city are very beautiful at night.
Except some ghosts and a few photographers ;-), nothing else moved in Quebec City that night, during the show of Paul McCartney. Cars were not permitted to circulate, so it was very pleasant to go around.
Coming from the Plains of Abraham, the sound of Beatles songs and the cries of the crowd resounded on the empty streets, giving a strange feeling of something finished, which will never come back.

Ola Maria,
I imagine the concert was excellent! Very nice night view of this old city. The ghostly figures do not distract any attention from the buildings and lights. I think you show us a very nice view of the street being empty this time. Nice atmosphere in the image!

Bonjour Maria,
Québec est plus grand, plus éclairé, plus beau que Brouage d'où venait Samuel de Champlain. Il ne faut pas être nostalgique, les descendants des Canadiens actuels fêteront un jour le 800ème anniversaire de la fondation et tous les anniversaires intermédiaires, les suivants aussi. Excellente image de nuit, avec une exposition et une netteté bonnes. Le "400", est évidemment le document à conservé. Beau et bon travail.

Linda a cidade vista por seus olhos aqui. Interessante que ela é novinha, né? Mais nova ainda que o Rio que fez 400 em 1965. No Rio eles comemoraram com uma "chuva de prata", pequenos papeis laminados jogados de aviões. Ela criancinha e ainda me lembro, rere. Não podemos compará-la à sua BH, que foi planejada e bem mais moderna, né?

Só de pensar que o Paul McCartney estava aí, parece que o lugar adquire uma aura de magia.Ah! final dos anos 60, de sonhos, poesia e maluquices. A foto está perfeita, em minha opinião, luzes,cores e ponto de vista.

Interesting composition to show the view of city by night without cars, suddenly I feel I back to the old time before invention of cars, yellow lights and dim environment increase old feels, good shoot.
