Photographer's Note
I decided to get a little creative by taking this shot in between the trees. I was taking pictures of the sunset from various locations when I noticed this spot and the "light bulb" went off in my head! I got the results that I wanted which is darker trees, some water, and the colors of the sunset reflecting off the lake.
I cropped this picture and added the border.
This is at Lake Cabot in the Mont-Tremblant Parc of Quebec.

Interesting POV that you choose here, Harjit. The contrast between the dark foreground against the colorful background makes it an attractive picture. For some reason the picture isn't very sharp. Possibly due to editing.
Your motif reminds me a lot of one of my own pictures that I posted at TE. Ceck it out: Lake in the Swiss Alps. The setting and the colors are quite different, but still the resemblance is striking.

Hi Harjit,
Good try on silhoutte ... but the centre tree seems to be distracting. Anyway, the sunset color is very good. Well done.
