Photographer's Note
I scoured the streets of Toronto's Chinatown for a much needed toothbrush during my lunch break of a rushed bus tour of Canada. After I got my toothbrush, I figured I'd capture some of the street life in the area. This man was resting after a tiring grocery shopping trip. I believe he was waiting for someone.

Hi Alicia:
A very interesting slice of life in Toronto's Chinatown. I'm surprised you had to scour the streets for a toothbrush though, with all those knick knack shops, I would think they had them everywhere.
While in highschool in Beamsville, Ontario, I had a number of good friends from Hong Kong, and we would occasionally go to Chinatown for DimSum or supper. In the 25 years since I graduated, I have continued to go back for a good meal there whenever I have visited home.
I like the composition and the expression of the tired man. I would have cropped out the woman on the left, but that is just my preference. Thanks very much for sharing this!
