Photographer's Note
100 !!!
And, they used to say:
George… You won't survive on TE to reach that incredible number of 100 photos posted !
Not in hell… Not with the themes of those pictures… Not with your big mouth… Not with your opinions about the other members productions, not with your presence and with your personality that constantly offends the most righteous on the site…
Not with your ideas about 'The bushes by the river' offending diatribes against the other members, the black frames fight, the 'how close can you get', the grain and dirt in your miserable fotkas, the stupid smiling infectivity series, the shamelessly exposed, full breasted women in your pictures… The controversial Planet of the Apes series ( what kind of a moronic title is that…? ), not with your photographing the poor employees of McDonalds from the seat of your car, not with pushing your fully erected 20mm into the gay people faces on the street, not with your calls for yellow makakas, and certainly not by the inventing these silly and naοve names: Monkies, makakas, fotkas, pikturez, fotoz… And, cedrtainly not with your 'brilliant, deeply intellectual, priceless thoughts about the photography' - crap..
They were times when I started to believe that I won't survive a minute longer…
They were times when I got three pictures deleted from my gallery per single day !!! The times, when I approached my computer every day, open my e-mail box and there they were… The Trekearth notification of deleting some of my pictures, or my critiques, or my discussions due to…whatever…
What are my chances to reach that magic 100 photos to be posted on TE…?
Where I'll find 100 photos to be worthy posting on TE?
There are 70.000+ members of TE and I wasn't lucky enough ( so far) to find even one (one !!!) - having 100 photos worthy of posting on the site (some of them though, came awfully close to that number: designsoul, Nygus, flydragon, and small handful of others), but me …Polonaise ???
I don't even have a real camera…!!! And, my photos are from the previous century…
100 fotkas…! Yeah, sure…!!!
Yet - I did it…
This is my 100th. victorious smile… I did it…!!!
I'm still around…
…………………
Several weeks before the final blow came and my entire gallery and all your critiques fellows, and the chatting and the notes were destroyed by administration irrevocably, I wrote in the Forums: I'll never let myself to be offended by TE… I'll never resign myself and I'll never delete my gallery voluntary or never ask the administration for deleting my account…
"" Only disabling my account by them will finish me off and even then - they have to do it twice !!! ""
:-)))))
Well… One blow is already behind me… I am ready for the next one…!

With love.

This must be your most famous shot on the Trek sites. And with good right, it is technically unquestionable by all means exquisite. Difficult to imagine how a picture could be more expressive than this... It would be nice to have the history of this image as apart of the note. Glad to see you're still with us.

Oj, na to czekalam !!!
Jest, po raz ktorys, i tak jak odgrazales sie, ze ile razy ci skasuja, tyle razy ty to wstawisz, tak zrobilses...
To jest zdjecie kultowe, to jest to to !!!
Jeszcze trzy setki, i przegonisz samego siebie.
Piekna scena, marze o zrealizowaniu takiego zdjecia, jesli sie odwaze, to zaraanzuja taka sytuacje. Miodzio nad miodziami, trzeci raz sie pod nim podpisuje, he, he.

100... again. I don't remember if this was originally your 100th picture, before the "final blow". Anyway, there's a couple of pictures you posted before your misadventure that i hope i'll see again. Even if i don't always understand what your talking about, i love your pictures... as i once told you, you have a great style and you are recognisable within a second even with the small thumbnails.
For this picture, i think it represents you a lot... because even when you're complaining, i think you always keep a good sense of humour.
Edgar.

Oh, George,
this SO made me laugh. It's perfect. I love every square centimeter of it. And since it's for those who still love you ? I guess that includes me. You and this shot are both wonderful. Keep 'em coming!! All my very best,

Hello George,
Congratulations on reaching 100...again. ;-) I'm glad to see this guy back where he belongs in your gallery. I like the smile; I like the attitude; I even like the bokeh in the background. :-)

Charming fellow ;-)
A classic, in your face one, very much emblematic of your personality. And funny too.

Grande George! Oh...terrible boy! I thought that this SO significant gesture was just only italian... Evidentely I was wrong.
And, about love: of course I still love you! Any doubts?

That's enough!
Read what I wrote the second time you post that photo:
Now, you're not making my job any easier! You know how arduous it is for me to critique! And now, I have to do it twice for the same photo??? :)))
And now, I have to do it thrice!!!!
That's enough!
I had written this too:
What was I saying the first time? Right! That I was better to do a critique if I don't want my ability to critique to be suspended or... if I want that this critique stays as a critique and is not "transformed" as a comment...
Here we go... If I remember well, I told you that this black and white is simply perfect for me. The gamma of grays, from pure white to pure black is to my delight. I love how the guy seems to come out from the brick wall, somehow like a puppet suddenly appearing to the spectators! Simple, but truly effective point of view. It is such a case where we can really say that "A picture is worth a thousand words"...
Now, here is what I am adding for the third post (#/!%[email protected]*!) for this photo :
Whatever you are saying, dear George, you are still faster than me. I still have only 63 photos posted on this site! But I have more points!!!!! :))) Ok, ok, not for long! Up yours! ;)
Congratulations for your endurance!!!

George ! I also complain, this is the third time I have to find something intelligent to say on this fotka:-). Brilliant compo, the way he pops out from behind the wall, superb b/w tonalities, I think among of your best in that range and the smile, makes me melt rightaway. I think I'm a bit in love with this guy, you know. The complicity between the two of you is so enjoyable, the fun you were having. I love it all, and I love you too, and more more more of them I want thousand of them and euh, vafanculo ragazzo, Georgieboy. I've taken it as screen saver. Will you sue me ? Can't help smiling every time.

Hahaha,
This gorgeous picture again with the moving stone worms that was so talked about. Great to have it back. Great to have you back. Amazing soft grain and action. Delightful human element.
See you George.

Hi George,
I miss the old title. Some people have no useful sense of humour. Some people don't have the damn decency to be flattered!
I used this gesture long ago when driving. I know, reckless, I was.
For all I know, it's photographically perfect, so I'll skip the words for now, as my short term memory is haywire today.
