That was e very cold evening, was snowing with wind chill -24 C . Wind chill (popularly wind chill factor) is the perceived decrease in air temperature felt by the body on exposed skin due to the flow of cold air.
Wind chill temperatures are always lower than the air temperature for values where the formula is valid.

a ja narzekam,ze mamy w Niemczech -2C i jest mi zimno:)U was zima trwa w najlepsze,a sniegu chyba jeszcze dlugo wam nie zabraknie.Podoba mi sie twoj kadr,no i przede wszystkim swiatlo i sposob w jaki wplywa na kolorystyke zdjecia i co za tym idzie na wyjatkowy jego nastroj.

C'est presque un froid polaire. Il vaut mieux se tenir au chaud et dιcouvrir derriθre la fenκtre le froid qui souffle.
J'aime cet aspect particulier fort bien rendu.
