I noticed this yesterday but I was too tired then. It is a fine graphic play with dominating squares. The scaffold puts an extra layer of squares over the bottom layer. And also in this the man is what makes the picture, caught in a relaxed work pose. well done!

Nice graphic image with the squares behind the worker...he appaers to be oversharpened though...
