Beautiful picture of these famous round tower, on your picture contrasting strong with the smooth and square shape of the houses in front.
I suppose that you, after taking this picture, climbed the tower to take some picture of the view.

My condolences for the recent horrific events at Istanbul airport. Although I have been in the Anemone Restaurant adjacent I have not been up the Galata Tower itself. Good sharpness and warm cold color contrasts. Tfs!

Hi Burak,
I know the tower very well of course from photos but first time I see such a good close up with people on top of the tower clearly seen. Their presence allows to better imagine the size of this structure.
