I know isn't a great photo: I don't like something about cropping...
But the POV is special, so I wanted to share with you!
There isn't only classical Petra. In the archaeological area there are also medieval (crusader) castles. This is a panoramic view of Petra (columned street under and Palace tomb on the background) from the hill of Al- Habis castle (I was in the cistern).

spettacolare vista incorniciata, i colori perς mi sembrano un po' "ammazzati", forse a causa della scansione e forse c'θ una dominante sul rosso.

That's a beautiful picture and an unusual view indeed on this very famous place. I like the choice of DOF that allows us enjoying both the sharp rock textures in the foreground and the beauty of the old city which merges with the mineral landscape. I wish the crop was slightly wider in order to have the entire arch to frame the composition, but it's just a detail!

Trθs intιressante vue vue avec une porte sur le site archιologique. les couleurs de terre sont bien rendues et s'harmonisent bien avec le ciel nuageux. Beau travail.
