If you look closely you'll notice that she isn't using a mirror, just a shard of broken class. That detail makes the image for me.

Very sad image! Good composition.
You made a good decision to use B/W for this one, it emphasis the poverty of that woman.
I would have crop it a bit to remove the foot in the right side.

Hi Joshua... I like this inspite of being a low quality image in terms of detail and sharpness... the moment captured here is very interesting for me. So is the subject and the broken piece of glass she uses as a mirror. Yes the foot on the right can be cropped out.

superbe photo.. effectivement la qualitι "technique" de l'image n'est pas parfaite, mais ca lui donne toute sa force et son cotι "sur le vif", avec nιamoins un cadrage soignι. Tres belle structure diagonale. superbe.
